FlowWellness offers premium period care and wellness products for purchase. All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Prices are displayed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and are subject to change without notice. We will notify you of any price changes before processing your order.
Flow Club subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Subscription boxes are personalised. Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items. Contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
We deliver across Ghana. Delivery timelines vary by location and are estimates only. FlowWellness is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
FlowWellness loyalty points are earned on eligible purchases and have no cash value. Points may expire if your account is inactive for 12 consecutive months. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty programme at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. FlowWellness is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

FlowWellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana.
