About FlowWellness

FlowWellness Ltd  is a Ghanaian wellness brand providing premium menstrual products and wellness kits  from organic cotton pads to herbal teas  designed to support women through their cycles with comfort and dignity. Through the Flow Project, we partner with schools, communities, and non-profits to donate sanitary pads and menstrual health education to girls who can't otherwise afford them: every box sold funds a free box for a girl in need. We're building a, mission-driven team to grow the brand and deepen our impact.

The Role

The Operations Manager will own the day-to-day running of FlowWellness  inventory, order fulfilment, supplier and logistics coordination, and the Flow Project rollout  so the business runs smoothly and grows sustainably.
